Brite Cloud Bookkeeping LLC
As a remote QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor, I am contracting services to small service-based companies. I can help you if you need an online bookkeeping provider near me locally or anywhere in the United States. Delivering more than just data entry, I also provide strategic analytical insights for forward-thinking guidance. QuickBooks cloud-based technology makes this possible, and the virtual bookkeeping software enhances improved data accuracy. Consolidating business tasks into one platform, eliminates the expense of specialized software for accounting and reporting.

Here’s what happens next:
Schedule your call to discuss clean up, catching up, or monthly bookkeeping services.
Step 1.
You will schedule a discovery call to answer questions that tell all about your business and bookkeeping needs. Next you will receive a meeting invitation via a Zoom link or phone call for our call for this FREE consultation that usually lasts around 30 to 60 minutes.
Step 2.
Once this conference is done, we will determine if we are a good fit for each other. If we both feel we would work well together, then you will get a request for source documents to help Brite Cloud Bookkeeping determine what to price to do your bookkeeping.
Step 3
After a detailed review of everything, you will receive a quote explaining monthly charges based on your bookkeeping needs. Along with the proposal, you will receive a contract that would need to be signed. Upon review and signature of the quote and contract, you would receive an invoice for 50% of the signed proposal. No services will be started until receipt of the 50% down payment.
Step 4.
Upon receipt of the invoiced 50 percent down payment, you will receive a request by email for source documents (bank statements, credit card statements, receipts, invoices, bills, deposit slips, checks, orders, etc.) These items will be needed for work to be done. When necessary documents are received, work will begin. If any other paperwork is needed or there are any questions throughout the bookkeeping process, you will receive requests by email so that you can view the questions or items needed or pull the emails back up as necessary. This will save both of us time instead of doing phone calls or Zoom meetings.
Upon completion you will receive financial statements (this excludes the Basic Plan that only receives an Income Statement). We will schedule a Zoom meeting or phone call to summarize what was done to clean up or catch up on your financial records. If monthly bookkeeping services are rendered, you will receive financial statements monthly, quarterly, or yearly dependent on the type of business you operate/how you request. Periodic meetings along with these financial statements will be provided as deemed necessary.
Lastly, you will receive an invoice for the remaining 50%.
